Where is my AEEZO Order?
If you order a picture frame from our Amazon Aeezo Shop, the order will be managed and delivered directly by Amazon. Please use your Amazon account to query your order and tracking status. If you have any questions, please contact Amazon customer service directly for assistance.
If you order a picture frame from aeezo.com, we will ship it to you through UPS or Amazon Logistics using the shipping option you selected in our shopping cart.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used for the order. This email will contain a tracking link that you can use to check your order flow.
What to do if your aeezo.com order never arrived?
This is almost never the case because our shipping process is very reliable.However, if you experience any of the following, follow these instructions:
- The Amazon tracking page shows that my order was lost in transit.
Usually, the carrier is able to resolve such issues, so wait 48 hours and check the trace page again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team.
- The order did not arrive at my delivery address, but it showed “delivered”.
In most cases, “lost” packages arrive within 48 hours. Check to see if the carrier left a note and ask your neighbor if he accepted the package on your behalf. Also check if there are any safe Spaces for storing packages.
Please note that each shipment has its own shipment confirmation email. Make sure you are not looking at the wrong confirmation email.
Finally, if you have not found your order after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate for you.
AEEZO’s Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
AEEZO’s Warranty Policy
The original Aeezo product has lifetime customer support and a one-year quality warranty. Warranty period from the date of purchase, the product must be brand new and not used before purchase. This warranty service is only applicable to first-hand buyers. The customer shall keep the sales invoice and warranty certificate as proof of purchase. The sales invoice must indicate the date of purchase and the name of the product.
Warranties require the customer to provide the product’s outer packaging and a valid purchase certificate for a period of one year, if any item is missing, it will be treated as out of warranty period and charge.
Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product or replace the defective parts for the user free of charge, if the product has been tested for defects or malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship, and will not charge the user for any maintenance or spare parts.
For defective products or parts, we will replace with new or refurbished products or parts. All products or components to be replaced will belong to Aeezo.
To start a repairs, you can contact us at [email protected] If your repairs is accepted, we’ll send you a repairs shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected] warranty service does not cover the following areas:
- Non-product quality or performance failure;
- Any accessories included with the product;
- Failure due to incorrect use of the product in accordance with the instructions(e.g. incorrect operation, mechanical damage, or use at incorrect voltage);
- Failure due to aging loss;
- Modification of the product by users or a third party;
- Failure due to force majeure;
All warranties are void if the product has been modified by an unauthorized person or service provider. This warranty service is enforceable in any country unless the legal rights of that country are in conflict with the company’s warranty. Other than the above, no warranty or right in excess of this terms shall be accepted.

Cancelling or editing your AEEZO frames order
You can not edit or change your order after successfully submitting it on our website.However, within the first 30 minutes of purchase, you can cancel your order for a full refund and then resubmit an updated order with the correct details.Submit orders after 30 minutes, you can no longer cancel it.

Tracking Orders

Changing Orders
